In Navezgane the best spot I know from personal experience is in the valley East-Southeast from the Burnt Forest Trader there are two boulder fields by 3-4 burnt out houses. (These veins starting at approximately 10-20 blocks below ground, usually around where the dirt ends and the rock begins and continuing on for a long while meandering and seperated by gravel paths.) In most cases you will find what you sample (you will get trace amounts of iron, coal, nitrate etc along with the rock and sand from the gravel) but you can also find other veins in close proximity.
